Rodney Geer has extensive experience in handling trials and appeals in a variety of cases. Mr. Geer has participated in both Federal and State Court trials, with a focus on his practice in the areas of construction defect litigation, employment discrimination and premises liability litigation. Mr. Geer's legal career also includes serving as general counsel for a Texas based construction company where he worked with regulatory agencies in the licensing and operation of commercial facilities along with meeting requirements of OSHA and MSHA. Mr. Geer's appellate experience extends on both a Federal and State appellate level where he has successfully argued appeals in front of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and State Appellate Courts. This appellate work has produced several published opinions related to his work. Mr. Geer has spoken at seminars in the past on issues pertaining to construction defect litigation and insurance coverage issues. PUBLISHED OPINIONS Wesley Andress v.
