Kevin Sewell's practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes arising from catastrophic personal injury and property damage claims. He represents national and international insurance companies in complex insurance coverage litigation as both trial and appellate counsel. He also represents insurance agents and insurance brokers in cases involving allegations of professional negligence. Mr. Sewell has successfully argued multiple appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Texas state Courts of Appeal, and regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout Texas and the southern and southwestern United States.
